Antiques Marketing
One of my favorite valued pastimes is collecting antiques—it is a hobby that I picked up as a very young girl with my parents and grandparents. My great grandfather, Grandpop Ray Lockard, owned a successful antique shop in Kansas City, Missouri in the 1940s and ‘50s. It was called “Lockard’s Antiques” and it was his passion. So I guess you could say it is in my blood!
Fast forward almost a century later and the world, and industry, of antiques dealing and selling has drastically changed. eBay, social media, websites, consignment shops, yard sales, antique shows, flea markets, antique malls and more…this is how we search, collect and sell now.
Over the last 16 years of my company, I have had the pleasure of working with regional antique companies. I bring over 25 years of experience in the industry, an outstanding background in modern marketing and an enthusiasm for celebrating the treasures of generations past. I look forward to working with your local antiques business very soon!
