Holiday Event Case Study: Narberth Dickens Festival

Bah Humbug! The Narberth Dickens Festival is a free family event held the first Sunday of December on the streets of downtown Narberth—organized by the great folks of the Narberth Business Association. In this Dickens-themed affair, Narberth is transformed into 1840's London, as Ebenezer Scrooge, Tiny Tim, and all the characters from A Christmas Carol roam the streets for an afternoon of entertainment and festivities.

This year, the 15th annual event was seeking community awareness and social media marketing via our vibrant channels. It was perfect timing as we just relaunched our community e-newsletter with AroundMainLine, with over 17,000 email subscribers, and the Dickens Festival received top billing. We had a total blast marketing, capturing and celebrating this unique, beloved festival. Do not miss it next year!
